Please read the information below before placing your order.

Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final. Each piece is lovingly handmade with care and attention to detail, so I do not offer refunds or exchanges once an order has been placed.

If there is an issue with your order or your item arrives damaged, please email me at elmarjewelrybusiness@gmail.com with your name, order number, and a brief description of the problem. I will always do my best to help.

Shipping

All orders are shipped from California via USPS.

  • Please allow 2–10 business days for me to carefully package and ship your order.

  • Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–9 business days, depending on USPS.

If you need your order by a specific date, please contact me before placing your order so we can see what is possible.

Please double-check your mailing address at checkout. I am not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address. If a package is returned to me due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for any additional shipping fees to resend it.

Once I have dropped off your package at the post office, it is in the hands of USPS. I cannot control delivery times and I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages. In the very rare event that your items arrive damaged or do not arrive, please reach out and I will work with you to find a solution.

Jewelry Care

Handmade jewelry needs a little extra love to keep it looking its best.

To extend the life of your pieces, I recommend:

  • Storing jewelry in a clean, dry place. An airtight container or zip-top bag with an anti-tarnish strip works wonderfully.

  • Avoiding water, sweat, and tugging. Please remove your jewelry before showering, swimming, sleeping, or exercising.

  • Putting jewelry on after applying lotions, perfumes, hair products, makeup, or sunscreen.

  • Cleaning and polishing your pieces regularly, especially if you wear them often.

Please note that all metal, including sterling silver and 14k gold, will naturally tarnish over time. A gentle polishing cloth can help restore shine.
